N. Mark Kramoltz

Mr. N. Mark Kramoltz is the owner and designated broker for the company.  Mr. Kramoltz is also an attorney specializing in real estate and business transactions.

Mr. Kramoltz was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and holds dual United States and Canadian citizenship.  He graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with distinction, Phi Beta Kappa, and from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1984.

He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, United States District Court for the District of Arizona, with memberships past and present in the Real Estate Section, the Business Law Section, and the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona.  In addition, as a broker he is a member of the Scottsdale Board of Realtors, the Arizona Association of Realtors, the International Real Estate Council of Arizona, and the National Association of Realtors

In 1995 Mr. Kramoltz capitalized on his real estate knowledge by forming his own brokerage firm.  His real estate knowledge was deemed extensive enough by the Department of Real Estate to allow him to be granted a waiver from the ordinary prerequisites of a preliminary salespersons license.  That waiver resulted in him being awarded a broker's license and opening his company as designated broker that same year.

SimplySOLDNDRealty is a full service residential resale real estate brokerage.  As designated broker, Mr. Kramoltz supervises a sales staff that has the ability to handle transactions valley wide.  He personally has closed numerous transactions in Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area.  In order to provide the highest level of service possible, Mr. Kramoltz opened the first Arizona office of his new dynamic, new real estate company,  SimplySOLD as of 2008.

Mr. Kramoltz teaches residential, commercial and broker level real estate continuing education classes at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.  Mr. Kramoltz has also co-hosted all day seminars in Phoenix for national seminar companies, with titles like Keys to Success in a Real Estate Transaction and Real Estate Title Law.
